سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع - Sultana

نحرص على رضاكم الكامل، لذلك يمكنكم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 72 ساعة من استلام الطلب، بشرط ألا يتجاوز استخدام العطر 2 مل فقط.

عيوب التصنيع

في حال وجود عيب تصنيع، يحق للعميل الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال نفس المدة.

منتجات Outlet و Sealed Box

  • منتجات الـ Outlet قد تتضمن ملاحظات شكلية بسيطة لا تؤثر على جودة العطر، ويتم فحصها قبل الاستلام.
  • منتجات الـ Sealed Box يتم فحصها بعد الاستلام، ولا يُقبل استرجاعها في حال فتح العبوة.

إجراءات الاسترجاع

بعد استلام المنتج، يتم فحصه:

  • في حال مطابقة الشروط: يتم رد قيمة المنتج كاملة عبر (VF Cash – InstaPay)، مع خصم مصاريف الشحن.
  • في حال عدم استيفاء الشروط (الاستخدام المفرط، الكسر، التلف، أو فتح العبوة): يتم رفض الطلب وإعادة شحن المنتج.

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. You may request an exchange or return within 72 hours of receiving your order, provided that no more than 2ml of the fragrance has been used.

Manufacturing Defects

In case of a manufacturing defect, customers are entitled to an exchange or return within the same timeframe.

Outlet and Sealed Box Products

  • Outlet products may have minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the fragrance quality and are inspected before delivery.
  • Sealed Box products are inspected after delivery and cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected:

  • If conditions are met: A full refund will be issued via VF Cash or InstaPay, minus shipping costs.
  • If conditions are not met (excessive use, breakage, damage, or opened packaging): The request will be denied and the product will be reshipped to you.
